What is a health coach?
As your health coach, I am the person on your healthcare team who specializes in behavior change. We partner together in achieving your health goals. I do not diagnose problems or dictate plans, but rather support you by using evidence-based techniques that facilitate behavior change. I listen mindfully, share insights and observations, ask meaningful questions, collaborate on strategies, provide accountability, and help you develop a realistic plan.
